As of next week we can blast your engine parts or complete motorcycle engines. Or car parts as well. Especially non-ferro metals like Aluminium, Stainless steel and so on. We will do that with Glass beads. So there will be no damage to the parts. And a great result. Do you want bigger Items Sand blasted and maybe Powder coated or painted, we can arrange that as well. Well that question is very simple to answer.

Do you have stainless steel or non-ferrous products (aluminum, copper, bronze, brass) whose surface needs to be cleaned and treated? Does the surface roughness need to be low? Then this can be done with glass bead blasting. Glass bead blasting is very suitable if the surface has to have a low roughness and if the visual aspect is important.

The dimensions of the inside of the cabinet are: 117 x 89 x 80 cm. So than you know what we can handle for Glassbeads blasting. Bigger parts we can do also when needed. Just ask for more information. No industrial blasting parts. Only Motorcycle parts and Car parts.
You can also send the parts to me and after blasting I can send it back. All with clear agreements and all.
Price of glass beads blasting.
The price depends mostly on the state of the part. Thats why we always ask a good picture of the part to blast. But in general the costs are €85,- an hour Incl 21% BTW.
