Last week of the year.
Here we are in the last week of the year. I hope you all had a Wonderfull and above all a good Christmas with best friends and loved ones. I know I did. It’s the last week of the year 2021 and slowly we are getting ready for the New Year 2022. And all that it will bring. I hope for all of you it will be a great year with better things to come and hopefully we can forget the last two years because it wasn’t good for anybody. And we can go back to normal free life as always. Without dividing people. Just one love.
Last delivery before Christmas.
Finally I can reveal the secret project I was working on for a very good customer. It was a Suzuki RM 125 Dirtbike from 1979. It was a bit of a emotional project. Because the girlfriend of the owner has the bike out of a heritage from her Uncle. They where always close and did a lot together. So the customer asked me if I could get out done before Christmas. Well I said that I would try. Because parts from this bike are hard to come by. Because it was made only one year. From 1979 until 1980. I got the Suzuki from the customer in a crate full of parts and a frame and an engine. So he asked ” can you make something out of this” Ofcourse I said no problem. But I underestimated the fact that the parts are hard to get. With a lot of searching and online surfing I found most of the missing parts. Saturday 18 December Thijs Mikx The Artis/Creator paid me a visit at the shop. Thijs makes beautiful creations from old car and motorcycle tires. And he asked me if I want to be part of his roadshow. He would come by the shop and just goes free styling with making some of his Art. It was a very nice day and he had some examples with him. Beautiful pieces. heading for 2022!
And here we are heading for 2022, I will go on as strong as ever. There will be a lot going on in 2022! I will change the layout in the shop. There will be more special tools coming in. So I can give an even better service. There will hopefully come more of some special actions and events that I could not do because of the restrictions. But 2022 there will be more special actions and things coming. Don’t worry I am working on a lot lately and just filtering all the ideas that I wrote down last year. And it will be special.
